In this thesis, I try to organize my work by using digital prints and motion graphics. Technically, I'm interested in making layers and building up the colors in my work. By doing that, I can convey my thought concerning my experience and my past, because of the layers that signify my past and present time. The layers of my work are the recording of my past like a diary, and I can make another space and time where past and present exist together by making different layers at the same time.\r\nDuring 10 years, I used a lot of different printing and painting process like etching, silkscreen, lithography, monoprints and the technique of collage with papers, woods and formax. Because I like to challenge myself by experimenting with different techniques.\r\n\r\nFrom decades, the tremendous development of the computer technology has enabled people to easily meet any kind of art-pieces at home instead of being present at galleries. Furthermore, its potential capacity as a visual tool gave to artists opportunities for broader and widened ways of expression for arts.\r\n\r\nPersonally, using the image "Time-stack1" and "Time-stack2" (which are works restricted to two dimensional plane), I had the opportunity to expand my own working field by the aid of computer. Especially, the expansion of the working field using the motion graphics solved the communication problem encountered with the public.\r\n\r\nThe simultaneously exhibited "print" and "motion graphics" in sole place provided inter complement effect between still images and moving images. I like to express the process of the development from 2-dimension works to motion graphics in my thesis.
