온라인 육아 커뮤니티, 주관적 안녕감, 심리적 안녕감, 공동체의식, 사회자본, 정서적 지지, 커뮤니티 만족도, 지역에 대한 애착, 지역 만족도
본 논문은 다양한 온라인 환경 변화에도 지속적으로 영향력을 유지하는 온라인 커뮤니티에 집중하여, 지역 기반 온라인 육아 커뮤니티를 통해 온라인 커뮤니티의 이용과 개인의 심리적 변인의 관계를 확인하였다. 개인의 온라인 육아 커뮤니티 이용이 개인의 안녕감에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하였으며, 안녕감은 주관적 안녕감과 심리적 안녕감을 통해 안녕감을 다차원적으로 살펴보고자 했다. 주관적 안녕감은 커뮤니티 지각의 매개효과가 나타났고, 심리적 안녕감은 커뮤니티 이용의 직접적인 영향을 받았다. 이를 통해 커뮤니티 지각의 중요성을 확인하였다. 커뮤니티 지각에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요소를 고려하여 커뮤니티의 주제적 이용과 다양한 변인들의 상호작용을 통해 커뮤니티 지각에 미치는 영향들을 살펴보고자 했다. 사회자본, 정서적 지지, 공감의 상호작용효과를 통해 관계적 속성의 이용을 할 시에는 신뢰와 정서적 지지가 높게 지각할 때 커뮤니티 지각에 정적인 영향을 주는 것을 확인하였으며, 물질적 오프라인 이용이나 정보적 이용을 할 시에는 신뢰나 정서적 지지가 높지 않더라도 커뮤니티 지각에 정적인 역할을 미칠 수 있음이 드러났다. 커뮤니티의 주제적 이용 중에 오프라인 참여가 중요한 역할을 하였으며 이를 확인하기 위해 FGI를 통해 관계적 속성의 오프라인 모임에 참여하는 사람들을 대상으로 모임 참여 동기와 모임 참여 전후 안녕감의 변화, 지역에 대한 지각 변화를 확인하였다. 관계적 속성의 오프라인 모임 참여 이후 지역에 대한 지각과 안녕감이 긍정적으로 변화하였다. 본 연구는 온라인 육아 커뮤니티 연구의 시발점으로 개인의 심리에 미치는 육아 커뮤니티의 긍정적 효과를 탐색하고자 했다.
The purpose of this study was to explore that online childrearing community uses effect on personal well-being. It was examined the path between online community uses and personal well-being(subjective and psychological well-being) through the community perceptions(sense of community and community satisfaction). This study verified the effect of online community uses on personal well-being and the important role of community perceptions. This study examined whether community perceptions can be different depending on moderation effect between online community thematic uses and social capital, emotional support and empathy as well. Additionally this study explored the change of well-being and community perceptions(region satisfaction and region affection) after the participation of relational offline gathering.
The results were as follows. Firstly, it showed the mediation effect of sense of community between online community uses and subjective well-being. Secondly, among the thematic uses of online community, the interaction effects between the relational offline participation and trust, between the relational offline use and emotional support were positively identified in community perception. In addition, the interaction effect between the material offline use and trust was identified in community perception. Thirdly, after the participation of the relational offline gathering, interviewees were recognized the positive changes of well-being and region perceptions. Based on the results, the implication of the region based online childrearing community was discussed.
