마이데이터, 개인정보, 약관, 인터랙션 디자인
대량의 디지털 정보가 필요해짐에 따라 개인의 정보 제공과 활용에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 개인정보 보호법은 빅데이터 산업의 특성을 고려하지 못했고, 기존 내용과 규제만으로는 데이터를 효과적으로 관리하고 분석 및 활용하기 어렵다. 각국에서 정보 주체의 자율성을 중심으로 하는 마이데이터 법안을 만들었지만, 마이데이터에 대해 정확하게 인식하지 못하는 사용자들과 개인정보 유출 및 기술적 문제로 인한 한계가 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 데이터 산업 현황을 분석하고 서비스별로 비교하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 사용자들이 직접 마주하는 마이데이터 UI 화면에 대해 다루는 연구는 상대적으로 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 마이데이터의 핵심인 ‘자기결정권’을 주제로 사용자가 적극적인 자기결정권을 행사할 수 있도록 돕는 인터랙션 디자인 요소를 이해하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기존 마이데이터 서비스에서 느끼는 불편한 점과 기대사항을 알기 위한 심층 인터뷰를 진행했다. 이후 가상의 금융 마이데이터 서비스 프로토타입을 제작하고 포커스그룹을 통해 피드백을 얻는 과정을 통해 자기결정권 행사에 유효한 인터랙션 디자인 요소를 파악했다. 결과적으로 마이데이터 서비스 약관에서 사용자의 자기결정권에 영향을 미치는 긍정, 부정적인 영향을 발견했고 개인정보 제공에 도움을 주는 인터랙션 디자인 방향을 제안했다.
As a large amount of digital information is needed, interest in providing and using personal information is increasing. However, the Personal Information Protection Act failed to consider the characteristics of the big data industry, and it is difficult to effectively manage, analyze, and utilize data only with existing content and regulations. Although each country has created MyData bills centered on the autonomy of information subjects, there are limitations due to users who do not accurately recognize MyData and personal information leakage and technical problems. To solve this problem, research is being conducted to analyze the current status of the data industry and compare it by service. However, research dealing with MyData UI screens that users face is relatively insufficient. This study attempted to understand the interaction design elements that help users exercise active self-determination rights under the theme of 'self-determination', which is the core of MyData. To this end, an in-depth interview was conducted to find out the inconveniences and expectations felt in the existing MyData service. After that, through the process of creating a virtual financial MyData service prototype and obtaining feedback through a focus group, the interaction design elements that are effective in exercising self-determination were identified. As a result, we found positive and negative effects affecting the user's right to self-determination in the MyData service terms and conditions, and proposed interaction design directions to help provide personal information.
